Because my knowledge of Australian bookkeeping was on the basic side I chose to outsource to Plus One. They help me with my end of month, payroll & BAS. We've moved across to their hosted solution which is great as we can all be working on the same file at once. I have taken on some of the bookkeeping myself and they are available to troubleshoot any problems when necessary. Being in a different town has never caused any problems as I just use their freefax number to fax my paperwork and they are always quick to reply to my emails. I can't recommend them highly enough.
